Project Brief :
It`s Rrequired to Design An International School for :
-Foundation stage (age 2-5) and Key Stage 1 (age 5-7)
-Key Stage 2 (age 7-11)
-Secondary Education, key stages 3 to 5 (age 11 to 18)
-Administration Zone
-Recreational (Indoor) Areas and Facilities
-Recreational (Indoor) Areas and Facilities
-Recreational (Outdoor) Areas and Facilities
-Properiate Services for each stage
The Design Should Consider The Following Instructions And Limitations:
• The building footprint should not exceed 35 % of the plot area
• Setbacks are 8 meters from the street side and 10 meters from the neighbors’ side
• Number of floors: maximum 4 floors (Ground + 3 floors)
• The maximum capacity per class is 25 students
